摘要
探讨B超监测下介入治疗盆腔脓肿的疗效,采用B超监测穿刺抽脓,介入抗生素治疗45例并与同期手术治疗51例患者对比,前者操作简单。
The study discussed the effect of treatment on pelvic abscess by intervention treatment with guidance of ultrasound.45 casses of patients were treated by pelvic tap and ultrasound.Comparcd with 51 cases trcatcd surgically of the samc pcriod.The intcrventional therapy had the advantage of simple manipulation and had high vadility and the same effect.
