摘要
本文通过对卫生应急状态内涵的解读,明确卫生应急目的 ,以此为标准,提出以立法为支撑,明确分工,构建卫生应急体系;以信息建设为重点,科学监控,实现沟通顺畅;以应急需求为牵引,储备资源,确保有效供给;以针对性训练为方法,加强教育,提升应对效果的应对策略。
The article defined the objective of health emergency response based on the analysis of its connotation. Then some corresponding strategies were put forward, such as establishing health emergency response system, achieving the smooth communication based on information building, ensuring the effective resources supply guiding with the emergency demands, enhancing the response effectiveness by reinforcing the related training and education.
