摘要
[目的]探讨合成嘧菌酯的新方法。[方法]以3-(α-甲氧基)甲烯基苯并呋喃-2(3H)-酮为原料,合成33,-二甲氧基-2-(2-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯,3,3-二甲氧基-2-(2-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯再与4,6-二氯嘧啶反应得到(E)-2-[2-(6-氯嘧啶-4-基氧基)苯基]-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯,最后(E)-2-[2-(6-氯嘧啶-4-基氧基)苯基]-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯与水杨腈反应得到嘧菌酯。[结果]试验得目标产物20.8 g,熔点115~116℃,总收率63.5%。[结论]该合成方法具有合成工艺简单,对环境污染小,总收率高的优点,有利于工业化生产。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate a novel synthesis method of azoxystrobin.[Method]With 3-(-methoxy)-methylenebenzo-furan-2(3H)-one as raw materials,2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3,3-dimethoxypropanoate was synthesized and then it reacted with 4,6-dichloropyrimidine to obtain(E)-2-[2-(6-chloropyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenyl]-3-methoxyacrylate,and finally azoxystrobin was obtained from the reaction between(E)-2-[2-(6-chloropyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenyl]-3-methoxyacrylate and 2-cyanophenol.[Result] The experiment had got target product 20.8 g,its melting point was 115-116 ℃,the total yield was 63.5%.[Conclusion] The synthesis method has more advantages including simple technology,less pollution and higher total yield,and also is beneficial to industrial production.
