摘要
为加快马铃薯淀粉的改性和开发利用,对影响马铃薯淀粉与丙烯酸甲酯接枝共聚反应的主要因素进行了较详细的观察,实验结果表明:引发剂硝酸铈铵的浓度为7.298 mmol/L,丙烯酸甲酯浓度为2.06mol/L,反应温度为40℃,反应时间在120~150min为最佳反应条件。
To speed up the modification and use of potato starch, we have studied several factors influencing graft copolymerization of methyl acrylate onto potato starch with eerie ammonium nitrate. The results show that the optimal concentration of methyl acrylate is 2. 06 mol/L and that of the initiater is 7. 298 mmol/L, the best temperature for reaction is 40C and the time span of reaction is between 120 and 150 mins. '
