摘要
本文对埋弧焊用烧结焊剂中的主要因素如渣系、碱度、合金系统等对影响焊缝的低温冲击韧性、焊接工艺性进行了研究。着重分析了Mn、Ti、B合金元素对提高低温韧性的作用。据此,研制了碱性渣系B—13型烧结焊剂。实践证明其各项性能指标良好,尤其在-40℃时的低温韧性高,并可交直流两用。
The aim of this paper is to study the major factors ( such as slag system, basicity and alloy system) which have influence on the sintered flux with high cryogenic toughness used for submerged ARC welding in shipbuilding. The effect of alloying elements Mn, Ti and B on the improvement of cryogenic toughness is mainly discussed. Based on the above work, B-13 type of sintered flux with MgO-CaF2-SiO2-A12O3 slag system is made. It is shown in practice that this tvpe of sintered flux is of good quality (especially high cryogenic toughness at -40℃) and is able to be used in the case of AC or DC.
