摘要
本文讨论了烧结焊剂的脱渣性与渣系组份的关系。对渣系组份的物理化学性质如线膨胀系数、氧化性及表面张力等对脱渣性能的影响进行了充分的分析。试验表明:若采用MgO—CaF_2—Al_2O_3渣系,当其碱度在<4.98范围内时,能获得脱渣性能良好的焊剂。
The aim of this paper is to discuss the slag detachability of sintered flux, which is connected with the composition of slag system. The physical and chemical properties of the major compositions of skg system, such as coefficient of linear expansion, oxidizability and surface tension, are sufficiently analyzed. Through a great deal of tests, it is shown that the good slag detacbability can be obtained, when the sintered flux with MgO-CaF2 - SiO2 - A12O3 slag system is made,and the value of basicity is less than 4.98 。
