粘附分子与造血干细胞移植 被引量：7

摘要 造血干祖细胞移植是血液学基础与临床研究的一个热点,近年来对粘附分子在造血干祖细胞动员和归巢中作用机制的相关研究发现,与造血干祖细胞动员和归巢关系密切的粘附分子主要是VLA-4/VCAM-1、LFA-1/ICAM-1、L-selectin、CD_(44)分子。本文就上述粘附分子的基本结构和在造血干祖细胞中的正常表达及其在造血干祖细胞动员、归巢中的作用进行综述。
