摘要
本文以创新能力提升为基点,从研究生培养的过程视角,对地方高校研究生培养机制的现实状况、改革亮点进行了论述。研究表明,我国地方高校研究生培养机制改革已初显成效,但仍存在亟待解决的制度、模式、资源和发展等方面的若干问题。
Taking innovation ability promotion as the basic point,from the perspective of postgraduate education process,this paper discusses the current situation of the postgraduate education mechanism of local universities and the reform highlights.Research shows that initial achievements have been made in the reform of the postgraduate education mechanism in local colleges and universities,but some problems still need to be solved urgently in system,mode,resources and development.
