摘要
采用高脂饲料喂养大鼠 4周造成高脂血症模型 ,观察降脂通脉冲剂对血脂和血粘度的影响。降脂通脉冲剂 1 1~ 2 2g/kg灌胃 ,可抑制血清总胆固醇 (TC)低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -c)甘油三酯 (TG)和致动脉硬化指数 (AI)而升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -c)和抗动脉硬化指数 (AAI)。降脂通脉冲剂亦可降低高脂血症大鼠的血浆粘度和高切变率 ( 2 3 0s-1)、低切变率 ( 5 5 7s-1)下的全血粘度 ,但对红细胞聚集指数 (RBCAI)则无明显影响。
The effects of Jangzhitongmai Chongji (JTC) on blood lipids and blood viscosity were studied in male Wistar rats fed high fat diet for 4 weeks to form the Hyperlipidemia model. JTC 1.1~2.2 g/kg ig once a day could inhibit the serum total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), triglycerode (TG) and atherogenic index (AI), but increace high density lipoprptein cholesterol (HDL) and anti-atherogenic index (AAI). In addition, JTC also lowered the plasma and whole blood viscosity at the low shear rate of 5.57 s -1 , but not significantly altered the red cell aggregation index in high fat diet-fed rats. Results suggest that JTC possesses the effect of anti-hyperlipidemia and anti-hyperviscodemia, and may prevent from cardial vascular diseases.
