摘要
采用高脂饲料喂养大鼠4周造成高脂血症模型,观察降脂通脉冲剂对血脂和血粘度的影响。灌胃(ig)降脂通脉冲剂1.1g~2.2g/kg-1,可抑制血清总胆固醇(TC)低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)甘油三酯(TG)和致动脉硬化指数(AI)而升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)和抗动脉硬化指数(AAI)。降脂通脉冲剂亦可降低高脂血症大鼠的血浆粘度和高切变率(230S-1)、低切变率(5.75S-1)下的全血粘度,但对红细胞聚集指数(RBCAI)则无明显影响。可见降脂通脉冲剂具有抗高血脂和高血粘作用。
The paper studied that the effects of Jangzhitongmai Chongji(JZTMCJ) on blood lipids and blood viscosity in male Wistar rats providing high fat diet for 4 weeks to form the hyperlipidemia model JZTMCJ,1.1g~2.2g/kg -1 ig once a day ,can inhibit the serum total cholesterol(TC)、low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL)、triglycerode(TG) and atherogenic index (AI),but increace high density lipoprptein cholesterol (HDL) and anti-atherogenic index (AAI).In addition,JZTMCJ also lower the plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity at the low shear rate of 5.57s -1 and the high shear rate of 230 -1 ,but not significantly alter the red cell aggregation index in high fat diet-fed rats.This results suggest that JZTMCJ possesses the effection of anti-hyperlipidemia and anti-hyperviscodemia,which these effects may prevent from cardial vascular diseases.
