摘要
职业能力观的演变可以分为三个阶段,即初级阶段的专项能力观、过渡阶段的关键能力观和现阶段的整合能力观。在教学实践中,基于整合能力观的要求,职业院校应构建以职业能力为主线,关键能力和专业能力为落脚点的"一主两翼"课程开发与设置模式;对接"校中厂、厂中校",构建"教学做合一"的技能训练平台和校企合作技能训练平台的学习领域课程和目标。
The development of vocational competency view can be divided into three phases: the professional competency view in initial stage,the key competency view in transition stage and the integrated competency view in modern stage.In the practice of teaching,based on the requirements of integrated competency view,vocational schools should build the curriculum development and setup model taking vocational abilities as the main thread and key competency and specialty competency as the stay point;in accordance with the "factory in school and school in factory",build the learning field curriculum and objectives based on the skills training platform of "integration of teaching,learning and doing" and skills training platform of school-enterprise cooperation.
