摘要
以知识为视角提出产学研合作创新的本质是在知识耦合的基础上通过合作方之间的互动,实现知识的获取、共享、创造和扩散.建立了基于耦合紧度、互动强度和互动时间三维度的知识创新模型,并给出了耦合互动视角下提升产学研合作组织知识创新绩效的途径.
From the perspective of knowledge, the essence of the industry-university collaboration innovation is the acquiring, sharing, spreading and creating of knowledge based on the knowledge coupling. And the tridimensional knowledge innovation model based on the coupling closeness, the coupling intensity and interacting time is established. Some tentative approaches are achieved to improve of the coupling interaction innovation of knowledge of the industry-university collaboration institutions.
