摘要
本文通过对知识型企业的崛起及其主要特征的描述,探讨了知识型企业的主要资源要素———知识的特性,并运用经修正了的SECI模型提出了知识型企业知识创造的动态模式。
This paper described the rising and the char-
acteristics of the knowledge-based firms. after discussed
the characteristics of knowledge. put forward a dynamic
knowledge creation model based on the revised SECI model.
