通过在变电站安装视频监控系统,并将其与变电站综合在线监测系统及保护信息管理系统进行整合,实现视频图像与在线监测数据、保护信息数据及报警的联动,形成一个能代替运行人员人工巡检的变电站智能巡检系统。
The video monitoring system is installed and integrated with the comprehensive online monitoring system and the protection information management system of the substation. The video images are linked with the online monitoring data, protection information data and the alarming system. An intelligent inspection system for substations is formed, which can substitute the manual inspection of operators.
