摘要
提出了车削过程的稳定区搜索控制方法,该方法通过在线建立动态车削力的二阶时序模型,对车削颤振进行预报.并根据预报结果,自动调节主轴转速,搜索车削稳定区,保证车削过程在稳定区内工作.车削试验证明,该方法可有效地抑制车削颤振的发生.
The cutting process stabile districts searching method was proposed. The cutting chatter was predicted through setting up the dynamic cutting force AR(2) model on-line. According to the predicting result,adjust the spindle rotation speed, search the cutting stability district automatically so as to make the cutting process work in the stable district. The cutting experiment is contest.
