摘要
中国古代图书作者署名从最初的不署名,到书名兼署作者信息,再到后来单独的卷端署名;从单一的著述方式的题署,到多种著述方式的分列题署,再到后来的各种著述方式的组合题署;从单一的作者姓名的题署,到姓名与朝代、籍贯、官职、字号、著述方式等其他项目的连署,中国古代图书作者署名历经了从无到有、从简陋到详细的规范化发展过程,这也是古人著作权意识不断觉醒和深化的过程。
From the perspective of protecting copyright, this paper makes a study on the development of signature forms on ancient Chinese books. Primitively, there were not bylines on the original ancient Chinese books, and then authors＇ names were included in book title. From Han Dynasty, authors＇ names appeared under the volume title and gradually became an independent signature form. This change reveals the consciousness of copyright in ancient China.
