摘要
对创业型创新人才的内涵与特征进行科学界定,剖析当前我国创业型创新人才发展环境所存在的主要问题与挑战,进而提出优化我国创业型创新人才发展环境的对策建议。
The paper defines the connotation and characteristics of entrepreneurial innovative talents,reveals the new challenges when improving the development environment of entrepreneurial innovative talents,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestion for improving the development environment of entrepreneurial innovative talents.
