摘要
参仙升脉液是主治病态窦房结综合征的中药复方制剂。经临床近300例患者验证结果,总有效率达90%左右,平均每min提高心率10-15次。本文为研究该药的作用机理,采用离体大鼠心脏灌注工作模型,观察经超滤后的参仙升脉液对血流动力学各指标的影响。结果提示该药有降低冠脉血管阻力(26.9±24%),增加冠脉流量(34.6±3.9%)和提高心率(26.6±1.4%)的作用。用药后主动脉流量减少,对心输出量及舒张压无明显影响。这可能与该药引起心输出量的再分配有关。
Shenxian
Sliengniai Liquid(SSL) is a herbal preparation for the treatment of sick sinussyndrome(SSS),
which is manufactured by ultrafiltration. Through the clinical observation of nearly 300cases of
SSS, its total effective rate was 90.00% and the heart rate was increased byl 0 to 15 beats per
minutein average, For the study of its therapeutic mechanism, the isolated work model of rat
heart was employedand its effect on various criteria of hemodynamics was observed. The
results showed that the coronaryvascular resistance was significantly reduced (26.9 ± 2.4%),
the coronary blood flow was increased (34.6 ±3.9%and the heart rate was also increased(28.6
± 4. 1%).The blood low in the aorta was reduced,while thecardiac output and the diastolic blood
pressure were not affected. It is suggested that the therapeulic mecha-nism of SST is possibly
related to the redistribution of the cardiac output.
