摘要
本文以历史文献分析法,从五个美国外语教师职前培养项目标准中得出五个结论:重视外语教师职前培养,培养项目体系日臻完善;培养内容重心从教师学科知能转向教师整体专业结构;培养项目标准结构均衡化,从外在工具性过渡为内在自主性专业发展特征;回归语言学习的人文本质,培养文化多元的国际意识;重视教学管理能力培养,强调评估能力均衡发展。
By a historical literature review of 5 sets of program standards for the preparation of FL teachers in USA, 5 conclusions have been drawn: emphasis on FLT preparation, gradual improvement of standards systems: content focus from content knowledge and skill to the whole professional structure; equalization in structure development, from external instrumental feature to professional development with internal autonomy; recurrence of humanities in language learning, enhancement of global consciousness of cultural diversity: Focus on instructional management competence with assessment techniques.
