摘要
技术创新是煤炭城市协调发展的重要支撑和根本保证,现有的煤炭城市技术创新存在着历史遗留及因其特性产生的固有障碍因素。知识管理是通过对知识资源的有效管理和利用,创造新价值和增强竞争优势的持续管理创新活动,它是破解煤炭城市技术创新路径闭锁的有力工具。
Technology innovation was the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of coal cities. Technology innovation problems were actually the predicaments which the majority of coal city in our country were facing. Knowledge management was a kind of management innovation ac- tivity of creating new value and holding the advantage according to the efficient management of knowledge resource. Knowledge management was the valueble tog, l to solve the problem of technology innovation of coal cities.
