Modeling and Simulation of the Regenerative Braking System in a HEV Based on Fuzzy Control

摘要 基于模糊控制理论,建立了某混合动力车再生制动控制策略。选取制动踏板位置、车速及电池SOC作为模糊控制器输入,设计了适于能量回收的制动力分配规则和模糊控制器。建立了电机、蓄电池和车轮动力学等模型,对不同初速下的再生制动进行了仿真。结果表明,基于模糊控制的制动力分配策略,不需要精确的数学模型,且有较好的鲁棒性和应用价值。 Based on fuzzy control theory, the regenerative braking control strategy for a hybrid electric vehi- cle is established. The braking force distribution rules suitable for energy recovery and the fuzzy controller are designed with brake pedal position, vehicle speed and battery SOC taken as the inputs of fuzzy controller. The models for electric motor, battery and wheel dynamics are built and a simulation of regenerative braking with different initial speeds is performed. The results indicate that the braking force distribution strategy based on fuzzy control doesn't require accurate mathematical model and has good robustness and application value.
