试论组织低财务回报情境下的员工投入

摘要 在没有财务激励的情景下,组织需要扩大和改善人力资源管理措施,发展员工投入,以留住高素质、高绩效员工。本论文分析了当组织面临财务危机时应当如何采取有成本效率的人力资源战略,并发展了具体的实施方案与行动计划,以保证组织在低回报时期能够发展员工投入,留住高绩效员工。
