摘要
五氯苯酚和五氯苯酚钠作为灭螺药物广泛应用于农业,通过食物链的转移、富集和放大作用,在不同层面造成对生物体的损伤。五氯苯酚和五氯酚钠可通过皮肤、呼吸道和消化道等途径进入生物体,使其受到系统毒性、生殖发育毒性、内分泌干扰、致癌、免疫毒性的影响。五氯苯酚和五氯苯酚钠的弱雌激素作用和改变酶功能作用影响生殖发育,并且干扰甲状腺素的正常功能。五氯苯酚和五氯苯酚钠本身不具有毒性,代谢产物发挥毒效应。本文较系统地综述了五氯苯酚和五氯苯酚钠的分布和代谢、毒性作用机制、主要毒性作用效应和靶器官。
As a kind of pesticide,preservative and fungicide,pentachlorophenol(PCP) and sodium pentachlorophenol(NaPCP) could biologically amplify through food chain,thus leading to different levels of biological damage.PCP and NaPCP could through the skin,respiratory tract,gastrointestinal tract and other ways enter into organism,and express their system biology toxicity,reproductive development toxicity,endocrine disturbance,tumorigenesis,and immune toxicity.PCP and NaPCP affect reproductive development with weak estrogen function and enzyme function change.They interfere with the normal function of the thyroid element.PCP and NaPCP themself are not toxic,but their metabolic product is toxic.This paper systematically elaborated the synthesis,in vivo distribution and metabolism,toxicity mechanism,main toxicity effects and target organ of PCP and NaPCP.
