摘要
目的:探讨胸腺肽肠溶胶囊联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。方法:收集120例尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组60例患者应用胸腺肽肠溶胶囊联合二氧化碳激光治疗,对照组60例单用二氧化碳激光治疗,连续观察随访12个月,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后症状变化情况及复发情况。结果:经12个月的临床调查显示,观察组:治愈53例(88.3%),显效5例(8.3%),有效率为96.6%;对照组:治愈35例(58.3%),显效6例(10.0%),有效率为68.3%。两组有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腺肽肠溶胶囊联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣疗效肯定,复发率低,优于单纯二氧化碳激光治疗,临床值得推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of thymosin enteric-coated capsule combined carbon dioxide laser on treatment of condyloma acuminatum（CA）.Methods：A total of 120 cases with CA were randomly divided into control group and observation group by half.Patients in control group were treated with carbon dioxide laser while patients in observation group were treated with thymosin enteric-coated capsule combined carbon dioxide laser,and they were followed up for 12 months.The clinical efficacy,changes of symptoms and recurrence were compared between two groups.Results：Clinical survey for 12months showed that in the observation group 53 patients（88.3%） were cured and 5 cases（8.3%） had markedly efficacy,the effective rate was 96.6%;while in the control group 35 cases（58.3%） were cured and 6 cases（10.0%） had markedly efficacy,the effective rate was 68.3%.There were significant differences between the two groups in clinical efficacy（P0.05）.Conclusions：Thymosin enteric-coated capsule combined carbon dioxide laser is effective in treating CA.The recurrence rate was low,and it is more effective than carbon dioxide laser treatment.It is worthy clinical application.
