基于MSP430的超声波电动机新型驱动器

New Driver for Ultrasonic Motors Based on MSP430

摘要 提出了一种基于微处理器MSP430的超声波电动机新型驱动器的设计方案,详述了该驱动器的硬件电路结构和相关功能的软件设计方案,并用它驱动TRUM60型超声波电动机,实验结果验证了该设计方案的合理性。与原有驱动器相比,它增加了调压调速的功能,丰富了调速手段,调节方便,运行稳定。 A scheme for new driver of uhrasonic motor was proposed. The hardware circuit structure and the software designing of relevant functions for the driver were described in details. The circuit was applied to TRUM60 ultrasonic motor, of which the stator' s diameter is 60 mm. Experimental results showed that this scheme was valid and feasible. Compared with the original driver, the function of speed control was added by means of adjusting voltage, enriching the method of speed control. Further, it had several advantages, such as convenient regulation and steady running.
