摘要
通过对影响病案首页数据采集质量因素的分析,建立以数据源管理为核心的医院、病案科、临床科室三级监控网络,从人员和管理双方面入手,及时发现和更正错误的医疗信息,更好的保证病案首页信息质量,使统计数据更加准确、真实、可靠,为上级决策提供科学依据。
Through analyzing factors affecting collection quality of front page data of medical records,this article set up a tertiary monitoring network of hospital,department of medical records and clinical departments,as core of data source management.Starting with personnel and management these two aspects,it timely finds out and corrects wrong medical information,better ensuring the information quality of front page,which makes statistical data more correct,true and reliable providing scientific basis for decisions of higher authorities.
