摘要
针对死亡病历常见错误,从完善病历质量评分标准;加强培训,规范病历书写;严格执行死亡病例讨论制度,提高死亡病历书写质量;强化环节质控,确保内涵质量;落实终末质量检查,提高整体质量等5方面进行了改进,提高了死亡病历质量,提升了医疗水平。
Based on common errors in medical records for the death, the paper suggested to improve from five aspects to enhance the quality of death records and to improve the health level, which ]include improvement of medical quality score standard ; enhancing training, standardization of medical records; strengthening quality control of process to ensure content quality; strict implementation of discussion system for deaths to improve the quality of medical records of death ; implementation of terminal quality inspection to improve the overall quality.
