摘要
采用熔融冷却法探讨SrO-MgO-SiO2三元系统的玻璃形成区,利用观察法与XRD相结合进行分析,得到了在1 500℃保温2h融制15g玻璃液时SrO-MgO-SiO2三元系统的玻璃形成区,并选取成玻区域中的4个组分进行DSC测试。研究表明,在该实验条件下SrO-MgO-SiO2三元系统的成玻区域大致在(摩尔分数):SiO2:50%~60%,SrO:10%~50%,MgO:0~40%。SrO-MgO-SiO2系统玻璃的结晶峰顶温度Tp值的大小主要与组成中的SiO2的相对含量有关,SiO2相对含量越高,对应的Tp值越大;采用(Tx-Tg)来表征玻璃的析晶趋向和稳定性,当SiO2的含量一定时,Mg/Sr值越大相应的(Tx-Tg)越大,玻璃结构越稳定,不容易析晶,当SrO的含量一定时,Si/Mg值越大相应的(Tx-Tg)越大,玻璃结构更稳定,不容易析晶。
SrO-MgO-SiO2 glass was investigated by melting and cooling process.The glass forming region of SrO-MgO-SiO2 system(melting temperature:1 500 ℃,keeping warm time:2 h,15 g glass liquid) was obtained by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and observation,and four glass points in the glass forming region was selected to be tested by differential scanning calori metry(DSC).The results showed that the glass forming region of SrO-MgO-SiO2 system(melting temperature:1 500 ℃,keeping warm time:2 h,15 g glass liquid) approximately focus on the region(mol percent): SiO2:50%~60%,SrO:10%~50%,MgO:0~40%.Tp of SrO-MgO-SiO2 system glass related to SiO2 relative content mainly: the increasing of SiO2 relative content could lead to the increasing of Tp.(Tx-Tg)was used to characterized the tendency towards devitrification and thermal stability of SrO-MgO-SiO2 system glass.When SiO2 content is fixed and Mg/Sr was increased,(Tx-Tg)was increased and glass structure was stabilized,which is difficult to devitrify.When SrO content is fixed and Si/Mg was increased,(Tx-Tg)was increased and glass structure was stabilized,which is difficult to devitrify.
