摘要
采用高锰酸钾在饱和NaCl溶液中对山羊绒纱线进行正交氧化处理实验,分析高锰酸钾质量浓度、时间、温度、助剂等因素对处理后纱线的强力、毡缩性的影响程度。分析得出,对纱线强力影响程度由大到小的因素为:高锰酸钾质量浓度、温度、时间、SP-2渗透剂体积浓度;对纱线毡缩性能影响程度由大到小的因素为:高锰酸钾质量浓度、时间、温度、SP-2渗透剂体积浓度。通过综合分析得出最优工艺为:温度40℃,高锰酸钾质量浓度2 g/L,SP-2渗透剂体积浓度8 mL/L,处理时间30 min。
In this paper,potassium permanganate was used in saturated NaCl solution for cashmere yarns shrink-proofing treatment.The effect of potassium permanganate content,treatment time,treatment temperature,and additives agent on the strength and the felting power of treated cashmere yarns was investigated.The analysis showed that potassium permanganate content had a serious effect on yarn strength,then in turn were treatment temperature,treatment time,additives agent.And potassium permanganate content had a serious effect on yarn felting power,then in turn were treatment time,treatment temperature,additives agent.By comprehensive analyze obtained the optimal craft: the temperature was 40 ℃,potassium permanganate concentration was 2 g/L,additives agent concentration was 2 mL/L,the processing time was 30 min.
