摘要
介绍"七商"(德商、职商、智商、情商、逆商、心商、健商)的概念并分析其与馆员素养提升的关系,指出现代图书馆对馆员素质的基本要求,探究通过提升"七商"来提升馆员素养的途径,以期为图书馆员提高自身素养以及图书馆在弘扬图书馆精神、促进馆员恪守职业道德、提高文化业务素养、保持身心健康发展等方面提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the concept of "seven quotients" (moral quotient, professional quotient, intelligence quotient, emotion quotient, adversity quotient, psychological quotient and health quotient), analyzes the relationship between librarians' literacy and "seven quotients", points out basic requirements on the quality of librarians in modern library, and explores the measures of improving librarians' literacy by promoting "seven quotients", thus provides a reference for improving librarians' literacy, carrying forward library spirit, promoting librarians to abide by professional morality, improving professional literacy, and keeping sound in body and mind.
