摘要
简述云数据时代图书馆的现状,从概念、素质要求、主要技能等方面提出云数据环境下建设医院图书馆学科馆员队伍的需要,并指出这是医院图书馆势在必行的发展趋势。
This article briefly introduced the current situation of libraries in cloud data era, proposed thedemand for the construction of subject librarian team of hospital libraries from the aspects of concept, qualityrequirements and main skills, and pointed out that this was imperative development tendency for hospitallibraries.
