摘要
上世纪80～90年代末,中国工人、农民这两大阶级和知识分子阶层迅速分化。其间所有制结构调整和分配模式的变化加剧了阶层的多元性。但是不到20年的时间,阶层分化速度趋缓,开始呈现固化趋势,并且严重阻碍了收入分配及其它方面的公平与效率。科学看待中国社会阶层现状,对提高社会运行效率,促进社会经济发展、社会公平公正,保障社会和谐发展具有重要的实践意义和理论价值。
In the 1980s and late 1990s,Chinese working class,peasant class and intellectuals divide rapidly.Ownership restructuring and changes of distribution pattern exacerbated class diversity.However,less than 20 years,Class differentiation has slowed down,the trend is beginning to show curing,and cause a serious impediment to the distribution of income and other aspects of the fairness and efficiency.Scientific view of China＇s social class status has important practical significance and theoretical value in improving the social efficiency,promoting social and economic development,social equity and justice,and protecting social harmony and development.
