摘要
漳滏河灌区是全国大型灌区之一,设计灌溉面积300余万亩,随着灌区可持续发展的不断推进,激励作为人力资源的一个重要方法,其积极作用越来越凸显。激励的科学与否,直接关系到人力资源的好坏。如何调动灌区职工的工作积极性,是关系到灌区发展的重要因素,有效的激励正是解决这些问题的关键。
Zhang Fu River irrigation district is one of countrywide large irrigation area, design of irrigation area more than mus 300, along with the sustainable development of the irrigated area steadily, as human resources is an important method, its positive role is becoming more and more. Incentive is scientific or not, directly related to the quality of human resources. How to encourage the irrigation working enthusiasm of the worker, is related to the development of irrigation area are important factors, effective incentive is the key to solve these problems.
