摘要
本文阐述了非晶态金属真空制备装置的用途及研制意义,装置的技术指标,结构特 点以及磁耦合等先进技术的应用。通过对 Ni P、Ni PCe、 Ni PY、 CuZr等含易氧化元 素非晶态材料的制备及测试结果,证明本装置可以在真空保护气氛下制备含稀土等易氧 化元素的非晶态材料。
In this Paper, we introduce the uses of the equipment for Preparing amorphous metal in vacuum. Point out the importance of our investigation, report the technical and structural characteristics of the epuipment. Moreover we use some advanced technology, such as magnetic coupling. in our device. Some experiments of preparing amorphous body by material that have the elements which can be oxidized easily, such as NiP, NiPCe, NiPY CuZr and the tests of the results show that this device can prepares amorphous material that have the elements which can be oxidized easily and the rare earth elements in vacuum.
