本文阐述了质谱气体分析取样装置的基本要求、介绍了三种取样装置，给出了在质 谱定量分析中的应用实例．
In this article, the basic requirements of sampling device used for gas analysis with mass spectrometer. three kinds of sampling devices are introduced and the examples of the above device for quantitative analysis are also given.
