荧光灯管内气氛的定量分析

摘要 本文介绍了荧光灯管内气氛的分析装置、分析原理、分析步骤及分析结果。并对分析结果进行了数据处理和认真的讨论,最后得出了这样的结论:利用四极质谱计,对荧光灯管内气氛进行定量分析,从管内杂质气体浓度的大小,找出生产工艺之不足,为改进产品质量提供了可靠的依据.另外,对滴汞法和释汞吸气剂法生产的产品进行了比对,可知释汞吸气剂法生产的荧光灯管内杂质气体种类少、含气量低、质量高,同时也防止环境污染。它是荧光灯发展的方向。 In this paper,gas analysis equipment,principle,step and ,results in the flourescent.lamp are described, and data treatment and careful discussion are carried out. At last,these conclusions were obtained: the quadruple mass spectrometer can be used for .the quantitative analysis of gases in the flourescent lamp. So we can find the deficiency of processing on the basis of the density of gaseous impurity in the lamp and provide reliable foundation for the improvement of product quality. In addition, the products which are produced by drip mercury method and GEMEDIS (getter mercury dispenser) method. were compared. There are litter gaseous impurities, and less gaseous contents in flourescent lamp which were produced by means of GEMEDIS method. High quality and no atmospheric contamination.It is a direction developing the flourescent lamp
