摘要
介绍某市水利信息化建设中水文遥测系统的主要设计思路、实施方案、相关的网络环境及程序编写,并对方案实施过程中遇到的问题进行分析,提出解决问题的办法及思路。本水文遥测系统主要是基于GPRS作为基础传输网络并通过光纤专线接入方式实现无人值守的自动化信息采集与RTU控制方案,并对网络、数据安全问题进行分析和解决,相关站点信息传感器的选择、供电保障和防雷措施等做了详尽说明。
This thesie introduce the major design Idears,actualize Program,related network environment and program compiling of one part of the Dongguan water conservancy informational development - Hydrological Telemetry System. To Analysis and put forward the solutions for the problems meeting in the implementation of the program. This water conservancy information telemetering system is based mainly on the basis of GPRS network and transmission access through fiber green achieving unmanned automated automated information collection and RTU control programs, and analysis and solve the problems of network and data security. And doing a detailed note of the selection of the sensor information related to site, protection of electricity and thunder and so on.
