摘要
对于分离自中国的属于裂殖酵母属(Schizosacchatomyces)的4种11株菌,即日本裂殖酵母(Schiz.japonicus)、解苹果酸裂殖酵母(Schiz.malidevorans)、八孢裂殖酵母(Schiz.octosporous)和粟酒裂殖酵母(Schiz.pombe)进行了脂酶、过氧化氢酶、乙醇脱氢酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶以及菌体可溶性蛋白的电泳.经过分析及多次试验表明同一菌株培养条件一致时,可出现相同的谱带。不同种间的谱带有差异,同一种不同株间有较高的相似程度,只有个别例外。
Comparison of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis for esterase,catalase,alcohol dehydrogenase,glutamate dehydrogenase,and soluble proteins patterns of 11 strains representing 4 species of Schizosaccharomyces (Schiz.japonicus,Schiz.malidevorans,Schiz.octosporous and Schiz.pombe),have been made.Identical profile has been shown by the same strain in the same condition.Different species were characterized by the different profiles and different isolates of the same species gave high similarity with very few exceptions.The electrophoretic technique is useful as an aid in classification of yeasts.
