钛铸件内包埋材主要元素扩散情况分析

摘要 目的分析采用不同配比含锆磷酸盐包埋材铸造的钛铸件中包埋材主要元素的扩散情况,探讨此类包埋材应用的可行性。方法采用二层集合体法和成刃器制作30°简化刃状边缘蜡型,分别采用含30%、40%、50%ZrO2的磷酸盐包埋材包埋后进行铸造。用EPM-810Q电子探针微分析仪对铸件中包埋材主要元素的扩散情况进行分析。结果 3组试件中均可见Si和P元素的扩散是同步的,但Si元素的扩散(反应层厚度)深,30%组约37μm,40%组约28μm,50%组约25μm。结论 3种不同配比含锆磷酸盐包埋材钛铸件中Si元素的扩散深度(反应层厚度)均小于40μm,均可达到临床要求。 Objective To analyze the spread situation of the main elements in the titanium casting with different ratio of zirconium phosphate investment to explore the applied feasibility of these investments. Methods A simplified edge margin wax pattern was used. The investments that had 30%, 40% and 50% ZrO2 contents respectively were used. X-ray intensity distribution and the X-ray image scan of the main elements were analysed with the EPM-810Q electron probe microanalyzer. Results The spread of Si and P of the experimental groups was synchronized, but the Si diffusion was deeper: 30% of the group, about 37μm; 40% group, about 28 μm; 50% group, about 25μm; the control group, about 12μm. Conclusion With the three different ratios of zirconium phosphate investments in the castings the Si diffusion depth (the thickness of reaction layer of titanium castings) is less than 40μm, and is fit for clinical requirements.
