摘要
医学考试模式应该是一种既含理论知识,又有实践技能;既有形成性评价,又有终结性评价的考试模式,笔者所在教研室从PBL与LBL双轨教学、客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)分站考试、考教分离、建设网上题库等多方面进行改革,初有成效,值得推广应用。
Medical examination mode should be a mode that includes not only the theory of knowledge but also practical skills,and consists of formative evaluation and end evaluation.We did our best to study and reform in many aspects： problem-based learning combined with lecture-based learning,objective structured clinical examination,separation of teaching from examination,network database construction and so on.Early results showed that it was worthy of popularization and application.
