护理干预对人工全髋关节置换术后围手术期的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨护理干预对人工全髋关节置换术后围手术期的效果。方法选择2007年6月～2010年1月人工全髋关节置换术的患者186例,并随机分为对照组93例和观察组93例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予术前、术后的护理干预。结果观察组优良率为95.70%,对照组优良率为76.34%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Barthel指数日常生活能力和自我照顾能力评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对人工全髋关节置换术后围手术期具有显著的影响,不但护理疗效好,且能提高患者的生活质量。
