摘要
目的总结肝移植围手术期处理的经验。方法对34例肝移植临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果34例患者手术成功率100%;围手术期病死2例,围手术期病死率为5.9%。术后围手术期共发生并发症40例次。结论完善的手术技术,围手术期的严密监测及并发症的处理是肝移植成功的重要条件。
Objective To sum up the experiences of perioperative Methods The clinical data of 34 cases of liver transplantation were managements of liver transplantation analyzed retrospectively.Results All operations of 34 cases were successful and there were 2 eases of perioperative death; Perioperative death rate was 5.9%;40 case-times of complication had occurred postoperatively.Conclusion Perfect surgical techniques,comprehensive monitoring and correct perioperative managements are key points for success of liver transplantation.
