摘要
"十一五"期间,我国保险业实现了跨越式发展,成为国民经济中发展最快的行业之一,行业整体实力得到了明显增强。展望"十二五",我国保险业的发展既面临着难得的机遇,也存在着严峻的挑战,行业将进入较快发展与矛盾凸显并存的新阶段。本文在分析当前我国保险行业发展面临新的形势、新的阶段的基础上,结合转变保险业发展方式的必要性,重点阐述了信息技术对推进保险业加快转变发展方式、实现全面转型升级和科学发展的重要作用,进而对信息技术助力保险业转变发展方式的途径进行了详细分析。
China＇s insurance industry achieved a leaping-forward development in the 11th Five-Year Period. Its overall capital strength was not only enhanced, but it has become one of the fastest growing sectors in China. Looking forward into the 12th Five-Year Period, the insurance industry will face with both hard-to-get opportunities and an austere challenge. The industry will enter a new stage of high growth and surfacing of contradictions. Analyzing the new situations and new stage the insurance sector will be ushered in, and emphasizing the importance for the industry to transform its development models, the paper mainly elaborated on the important role of information technology in accelerating the industry＇s growth ,promoting its business restructuring, and transforming its growth models. Moreover, it also explained in greater detail how the information technology could accelerate the transformation process.
