某层间隔震实际工程动力测试与分析 被引量:4

Dynamic test and analysis on a story-isolated practical engineering

摘要 为了检验某综合楼隔震层的实际工作性能,对这栋应用层间(首层柱顶)隔震技术的结构在环境激励和初位移这两种条件下的动力特性进行测试,得到结构的前几阶自振特性,如自振频率、振型和阻尼比.分析了初位移条件下隔震层的自由衰减曲线和滞回性能.测试表明:环境激励条件下,隔震结构与非隔震结构动力特性相似,说明隔震层尚未发挥隔震作用,隔震结构在正常使用状态下稳定;初位移条件下,与非隔震结构相比,隔震结构的基本周期较长,阻尼比较大,隔震层滞回曲线饱满并具有明显的复位特性. In order to verify isolation story working peformance of a comprehensive building,on which story isolation technology(at first floor column's top) is used,structural dynamic properties are tested under environmental incentives and different initial displacements of isolation layer.First several natural vibration frequencies,mode shapes,damping ratios of the structures are obtained.Free attenuation curves and hysteretic curves of isolation layer under initial displacements are analyzed.The results show that the dynamic properties of isolated structure are similar to un-isolated one under environmental incentives,which indicate that the isolation layer is still not act and the isolated structure is stable under normal use.Isolated structure has longer period and bigger damping ratios than un-isolated structure under initial displacements.Results also show that the isolation layer has a full hysteretic curve and an obvious property of resetting.
