摘要
目的:探讨BNP在老年急性呼吸困难患者诊断中的应用价值。方法:检测95例>60岁急性呼吸困患者BNP含量。结果:BNP对于老年心衰有很强的预测价值,BNP水平越高,心衰的敏感性及特异性越强;与LVEDD值成正相关性(P<0.01),LVEDD越大,BNP浓度越高。结论:快速检测BNP对老年急性呼吸困难患者具有鉴别诊断的价值。
Objective：To research the value of BNP in the old with acute dyspnea in diagnosis. Methods：Compared the BNP level of 95 patients who over sixty suffered from acute dyspnea. Resuhs：BNP has a heart failure in elderly strong predictive value. The sensitivity and specificity in heart failure patients will increasing with higher BNP. Heart failure patients with BNP concentration was positively correlated with LVEDD （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The BNP level is increasing with higher LVEDD. Conclusion：The BNP is very important in distinguishing the reason of acute dyspnea in the old.
