摘要
教师学习的有效性需要有合理的学习机制予以保障,该机制包括:营建共同愿景,建构教师学习的动力机制;倡导团队学习,建构教师学习的合作机制;立足教学研究,建构教师学习的行动机制;鼓励个体差异发展,建构教师学习的评价机制;注重方式适切,形成教师学习的效率机制。
Learning effectiveness of teachers requires reasonable establishment of learning mechanism, including the following five aspects: Firstly, common vision should he created for setting up motivation mechanism for teachers; Secondly, team learning ought to be advocated for establishing operation mechanism for teachers; Thirdly, research on education must be attached great importance for building execution mechanism for teachers; Fourthly, individual differences have to be respected for working up evaluation mechanism for teachers; Finally, appropriate ways should he highlighted for forming efficiency mechanism for teachers.
