摘要
学校精神的发展是一个渐进的过程。从知、情、意、行的统一性来分析,学校精神发展可划分四个层次,即:接受学校精神熏陶,体现为学校成员受到陶冶与启迪,是学校精神发展的基础层次;构筑学校精神凝聚,体现为学校精神对学校成员形成吸引力、向心力、亲和力,是学校精神发展的较高层次;遵守学校精神规范,体现为学校成员的自我控制、自我调节、自我提高,是学校精神发展的提高层次;体悟学校精神创造,体现为学校成员不断超越的精神力量,是学校精神发展的更高层次。
School spirit is a gradual process of development. We will analyze it from the unity of knowledge, feeling, will and action. Receiving the edification of school spirit is that the teachers and the students get the edifying, which is foundation level of school spirit. Constructing the cohesion is the attraction, centripetal force and appeteney from school spirit that affect the teachers and the students, which is its higher level. Obeying the restriction is self-control, self-adjusting, self-improvement of the teachers and the students, which is much higher than before. Experiencing the creation is spirit force of ceaseless exceeding of the teachers and the students, which is its highest level.
