摘要
[目的]探讨桑白皮汤治疗痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者随机分为两组。对照组30例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加服桑白皮汤。经过10d治疗观察两组治疗前后临床症状、体征评价和肺功能(FEV1%、FEV1/FVC)、血气分析等指标。[结果]治疗组总体疗效和咳、痰、喘症状改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]桑白皮汤配合西医常规治疗AECOPD疗效显著。
[ Objective ] To integrative the effect of treating Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease（AECOPD） in Patients by phlegm -heat lying depressed in the lung with sanbaipi -decotion. [ Methods ] The 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups ,30 cases as treated group,which were treated with sanbaipi - decotion and conventional therapy of western medicine. 30 cases as controlled group, which were treated with conventional therapy of western medicine only. 10d were observed after treatment of clinical symptoms, signs and pulmonary function evaluation （FEV1% , FEVI/FVC） , blood gas analysis and other indicators. [ Results ] The treated group was superior to the controlled group in the curative effect and the relieving of syndrome such as cough, expectoration, breathe （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusions ] The therapeutic efficacy of conventional therapy of western medicine cooperated with sanbaipi - decotion in treating AECOPD by phlegm - heat lying depressed in the lung is superior to conventional therapy of western medicine.
