原子吸收光谱法测定肺热清解口服液中10种金属元素的含量

Determination of ten types of metal elements content in Feireqingjie oral liquid by atomicabsorption spectrometry

摘要 目的 对肺热清解口服液中铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、钴(Co)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、钠(Na)、钾(K)、镁(Mg)和锌(Zn)共10种金属元素的含量进行测定,为其质量控制及临床应用提供依据。方法 采用湿法消解法消解样品,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定肺热清解口服液中Cu、Cr、Cd、Co、Fe和Mn金属元素的含量,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Na、K、Mg和Zn金属元素的含量。结果 三个批次肺热清解口服液中均检出Cu、Cr、Cd、Co、Fe、Mn、Na、K、Mg和Zn元素,所建立的标准曲线相关系数r〉0.999 0,加样回收率在93.7%~104.2%内,精密度试验RSD在1.6%内,重复性试验RSD在2.0%内。结论 该方法适用于肺热清解口服液中金属元素的限量控制。 Objective To determine the contents of Cu, Cr, Cd, Co, Fe, Mn, Na, K, Mg and Zn in Feireqingjie oral liquid to provide scientific basis for quality control and clinical application of Feireqingjie oral liquid. Methods Wet-digestion methods were adopted to digest the samples. The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine the contents of Cu, Cr, Cd, Co, Fe and Mn. The flame atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine the contents of Na, K, Mg and Zn. Results Cu, Cr, Cd, Co, Fe, Mn, Na, K, Mg and Zn were all detectable in three batches of Feireqingjie oral liquid. The correlation coefficients of standard curve were greater than 0.999 0. The recovery of samples was between 93.7% and 104. 2%. The RSD of precision was lower than 1.6% ,and the RSD of repeatability was lower than 2. 0%. Conclusions This method is suitable for the limit control of metal elements contents in Feireqingjie oral liquid.
