摘要
[目的]观察当归白及粉治疗上消化道出血疗效。[方法]对38例上消化道出血使用当归、白及生药烘干研粉,按1∶1比例混匀备用,每次5g,日3次吞服。入院初适当补液1500～2000mL,不加其它止血药。治疗1W进行疗效判定。[结果]临床治愈10例,显效18例,有效5例,无效5例,总有效率86.84%。[结论]口服当归白及粉治疗上消化道出血,可起到止血、和血、养血作用,且有一定的抗菌消炎镇痛作用,临床效果理想。
[Objective] Danggui and Baiji powder treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding.[Method]of 38 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding using Danggui and Baiji dried powdered crude drugs,alternate mixing ratio of 1：1,each 5g,3 times a day to swallow.Early admission appropriate rehydration 1500 ~ 2000mL,without other hemostatic agents.1W to determine the efficacy of treatment.[Results]clinical cure in 10 cases,18 cases markedly effective in 5 cases,5 cases,the total efficiency of 86.84%.[Conclusion]oral Danggui and Baiji powder treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,bleeding can play,and blood,nourishing effect,and there is some anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory analgesic effect,the clinical results are satisfactory.
